Psychologist Jennifer Logan is back. A criminal psychologist visits a federal mental hospital for the criminally insane to interview a blind man who can foresee a person's death before it happens. The authorities are trying to charge him with the murders. Our psychologist's task is to see if he is mentally competent to stand trial for the murders.

Personal note: I started reading this novel and thought it had a great concept. It started out great, but towards the middle it bottomed out. I never did even finish it. So I decided to create my own storyline and ending based on this story. So this is a tribute to the author's original idea.
