Where a man called Jack Napier is one of the most wanted criminals in the city, when he suffers an accident that transformed him into the psychopathic killer known as The Joker. Batman, with the new district attorney Harvey Dent and the Comissioner Gordon, must now put and end to The Joker's chaos and reign of crime.
