Earl Miller, Meat Inspector, USDA. Most of his days are filled with paperwork, inspections and beef of questionable origin. This is not one of them.

This is another action-comedy, this time spoofing film-noir detective dramas and sporting more food puns than you can shake a stick at. I did a lot more experimenting with scene cuts, establishing shots and the like. Again, I did all the voice (with a little help from Windows Sound Recorder for the reverb), but I think it remained a lot more consistent throughout this time, aside from the occasional slip in emphasis and accent.
