Short piece I decided to make early in 2008 with iClone 2.0, putting into practice some of the techniques I had been learning about. Layering, depth of field and camera techniques were all used in this short animated film.
The film shows off my editing style and hopefully the type of compositions I wish to make going forward. It took around 20 hours to make this 2 minute piece.
This was my first venture with Reallusion’s software and I learned so much from making this project, the most important was I had found the software I could use, to tell the stories I have to tell.
Music used is by "System of a Down" and is called "Question". I did consider calling the film this but "The Sword Dance" worked for me.
